At Jetty, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email for you to print at home.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely seal the box with the prepaid label on the outside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
